Carbon steel buffer tanks (series VTA)

  • In the market since 2010

  • Products are certified in the EU (EN12897)

  • Production of non-standard equipment

  • Quality Management System ISO 9001

  • Capacities up to 10,000 liters with pressure up to 10 bar

Buffer tanks of series VTA are used in conjunction with different heat supply sources (boilers – solid fuel, gas, electric, solar collectors, heat pumps) for accumulating of heat and its use for heating and hot water supply (HWS). Construction of heat accumulators of series VTA provides the presence of heat exchanger made of stainless and carbon steel, and flange and the ability to install thermoelectric heating elements.

Stainless steel heat exchanger, which is used in models VTA-1, VTA-2, constructively is located in the upper part of the tank and is designed to prepare domestic hot water.

Carbon steel heat exchanger, which is used in models VTA-1, VTA-3, constructively is located at the bottom of the tank. This heat exchanger is designed for use in conjunction with solar collectors or low-temperature heating systems.

The uniqueness of VTA-1-SOLAR PLUS is an enlarged stainless steel heat exchanger, part of which is located directly in carbon steel heat exchanger. Through this arrangement increases the performance of heat exchanger for DHW.

The absence of heat exchanger in the model VTA-4 and VTA-4-ECONOM makes them perfect for use in conjunction with solid fuel boilers. Heat carrier, heated with boiler, will be accumulated in heat accumulator and continue to be used for heating. A distinctive feature of VTA-4-ECONOM is a simplified construction to minimize the number of connecting pipes and absence of flange, which reduces the cost of product.
